P&G Hellas Pharmacy Channel is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional for the role of Pharmacy Sales Manager in Customer Business Development department (CBD).

As a Sales Manager in CBD you will be responsible for building the partnership among P&G and Customers to deliver sales goals and mutual business growth, through leading a team of Pharmacy Sales Representatives across Greece.

You will ensure the team sells customer specific ideas and plans using our brands to create mutual competitive advantage, while influencing Pharmacies and wholesalers to build our business and deliver excellent Sales Fundamentals (Distribution, Merchandising, Pricing and Shelf) and In-store execution.

Job Description
– Developing and growing relationships & partnerships with key opinion leaders with Pharmacists and Pharmacists’ wholesalers in Greece.
– Developing Action Plans, analyzing data and utilizing business development funds to increase business and share.
– Be the expert point of reference providing expert’s input to consumer teams and trade programs as appropriate.
– Develop, coach, grow the Sales Representatives team to deliver the action plan.

Qualifications

Requirements:
– Pharmacist degree will be considered an asset.
– Sales experience, in Pharmacy sector is a prerequisite.
– Computer knowledge: Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint
– Fluency in English
– A valid driving license
– Strong skills in Leadership, Communication and Problem solving
– Ability to set priorities and follow through on commitments
– Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
– Willingness to travel
