The Hellenic American Chamber of Tourism (HACT) announces the 2013 Greece Fam Trip – HOSTED BUYER PROGRAM. HACT will bring high qualified American Travel Agents/Tour Operators (Group & FIT Agents, MICE Specialists, Home Based Luxury Agents), Trade Show Executives and US Press to re-discover Athens in April, 2013. The Fam Trip will promote the country’s tourism infrastructure with emphasis on Athens, the variety of services and products throughout Greece, as well as introduce the alternative tourism and all year round activities.

This trip is focused on introducing and increasing the product knowledge about Greece as well as re-establishing Greece’s international appeal. In addition to workshops and presentations, the program will provide hands-on experience by offering hotel/venue inspections, cultural visits and networking events. HACT also looking into adding 2 nights at Thessaloniki to the program.
