I feel so unhappy about this and I wish things to be corrected in the close future.
The majority of respondents to the TTG Poll think that companies in the travel sector do not do enough to support and encourage female talent.
According to the voting 44% said they don’t think there is enough support for women in travel companies.
However, just under a third (30%) said they thought the sector was doing enough to develop talented women and a further 26% said that only some companies were doing enough.
This comes after BBC Radio 4 last week named Thomas Cook’s Harriet Green and easyJet’s Carolyn McCall among the most powerful women in the country.
