It is one of EYP’s main priorities to develop towards a training-based organisation and to further improve the capacities of our organisation.
The International Training of EYP on Outreach is the first International Training of EYP organised in Greece. It will be hosted in the beautiful city of Athens, the capital of Greece, from the 7th to the 10th of March 2014, involving 36 participants, from …all over Europe.
The theme of the Training is: «Reaching new target groups, such as disadvantaged youth.» Outreach is one of the main priority areas in EYP’s Long-Term Strategy and it aims to make our organisation more inclusive towards people who are not actively involved at the time in our activities. We aim to approach many areas of the theme and provide the participants with a quality event that will help them develop their ideas and their national committees and produce something concrete a useful for the European Youth Parliament, as a whole.
The Training is supported by the Trainings and Alumni Development Council and EYP International Office and financed by the Mercator Foundation.
