The contest is open from 15/06/2013 to 01/07/2013 until 24:00 (GMT+2). All entries after that date and time will be considered void and will not be included in the draft. This contest is open to all our fans on Facebook, employees of Creta Maris Beach Resort and their family members are not eligible to participate. Entrants under the age of majority are not eligible to win prizes The entrants will have to provide their full name and a valid email address in the form provided. Each entrant can participate in this contest once but can invite as many of his/her friends to participate as he/she likes. Non-compliance, abuse, or use of inappropriate language may result in disqualification from the contest.The management of Creta Maris Beach Resort reserves the rights and at its sole discretion to amend, delete, post or repost any changes to any terms and conditions of the contest without giving any prior notice to any party.The management of Creta Maris Beach Resort reserves the rights and at its sole discretion to cancel the contest at any time, without giving any prior notice to any party. Creta Maris Beach Resort shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damages of any kind (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) with respect to, or in any way arising from this contest, and/or the prize awarded. By entering the contest, the entrant confirms that he/she has read and understood these contest rules and regulations. Prize Participants have the chance to win a four (04) night’s stay in a New Deluxe Bungalow on All Inclusive basis for two (02) guests, valid for travel dates between 20 August 2013 – 14 October 2013 excluding July and August 2013. Prize is subject to availability. The prize is consisted of the 4 nights stay for two(2) persons in All Inclusive basis and nothing else than that. You will have to make provisions concerning your arrival at the Creta Maris Beach Resort on your chosen date. Additional people will be charged accordingly to the rates applied on your chosen date.

The winner will be notified via the email address he/she provided us while participating at the contest. The winner will also be announced on our Facebook page’s wall and Twitter profile.

Winner will be determined based on a random draft held by Creta Maris Beach Resort at the location of the hotel. Each entrant will be given a unique number, the numbers will then be imported to http://random.org and the winner will be picked by the machine. We will be providing with a video of the draft.

By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and the draft winner is final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
